i was on a great track about a month ago eating right and working out and i could see changes in my body. then things at home got really rough and i started to fall into depression. i started eating anything and everything i wanted and i’ve gained 10 pounds in the last two weeks. i am absolutely disgusted with the way my body looks now but i still keep eating. i ate mcd’s twice today...

I'm not professional, nor have I done this, but if I were, my plan would be to just chill at home for two days and water fast.
